Today being 29th of January 2022 the Co-ordinator of Ogoni Youth Federation (OYF) Tai Chapter, Comrade John Nbara AKA Gen Hamza sworn in Exco’s of the Ogoni Youth Federation.
The event which was graced in host to over 100 Tai Youths, and the (LA-BUE OF NONWA TAI COMMUNITY), which is the Deputy Paramount Ruler of Nonwa Tai Community. His Highness, Honorable Prince Barikpe Mballey was the Chairman of the event who also is the Patron of OYF Tai Chapter. The Tai Patron, His Highness Prince Barikpe Mballey encourages the newly Exco to love one another if only they want to achieve their aims as a body. Working in synergies will be the best key to success, he added and promised to support the OYF Tai Chapter with prayers and financial assistance if needed.
In response, the Ogoni Youth Federation Worldwide(OYF) Financial Secretary. Comrade Kingsley Dimkpa, expressed heartfelt appreciation to the OYF Tai Co-ordinator and the newly Exco for a successful inauguration. He urges the Exco’s to work in one accord, make sure you also work with the Tai LGA Boss and all the Paramount Rulers of the 91 units that comprises Tai Communities in Tai LGA, he said.
The Co-ordinator OYF Tai Chapter who is Comrade John Nbara popularly known as, Gen Hamza thanks the Deputy Paramount Ruler who left his daily duties just to be in the event. He likewise thanks, Comrade Kingsley Dimkpa who is the OYF Worldwide for deeming it fit to be in their midst. Today history is being made as it’s the first time the Ogoni Youths is gathering this way without any crisis, in his statements he urges the newly Exco’s to be law abiding and assured the Tai Youths that he’s tenure in office as the Co-ordinator OYF Tai Chapter will put ends to crime in Tai LGA.
He also promised to work with the security agency to ensure absolute peace in the area. The historic event was held in the residence of Comrade John Nbara the Tai Chapter Co-ordinator of Ogoni Youth Federation(OYF) Nonwa Tai Community in Tai Local Government Area, Rivers State

- Charles Israel – Financial Secretary.
- Samuel Deemor – Public Relation Officer.
- Barisi Monday – Mobilizing Officer
